About

It is an honor to share in the stories of people’s lives and accompany them on this part of the journey. I hold a belief that it is in our willingness to share, be vulnerable, and explore these narratives, that opens us to possibility for change and growth. As we create a safe space together, we can identify the challenges, stressors, and obstacles that have impacted a sense of well-being, and begin to cultivate a new sense of hope for all that is possible.

My passion for working with individuals stems from years of home and community-based work with multi-stressed families and individuals facing crisis and trauma. This includes loss, illness and life transitions. It is my work and relationships with these clients that have most informed my lens and commitment to social justice, and the impact that external environments and systems have on our health.

I received my MSW from Simmons School of Social Work where I remain on the faculty supporting graduate students. In my spare time, I enjoy experimenting with farming and gardening and look for opportunities to cultivate connections between horticulture and community.

My practice includes working with adults (age 18 and over). I am strictly providing Telehealth at this time with clients who reside anywhere within Massachusetts.
